Jacket potatoes- What can they have on them?

So yeah I'm doing jacket potatoe tonight amd wondering what I can put on aidans

and can he eat the skin??

I always made the skin crispy so she could eat it. She had cheese, beans, tuna mayo and sweetcorn, everything really x

Anything I would have thought! I don't see why he shouldn't eat the skin.

Yep pretty much any filling really: cheese, tuna, beans, chilli, veg curry, etc. The skin is the most nutritious part so go for it!
