well its a bit late as Jake is now 9 days old!! but he arrived via election c section at 39+4 on the 5th June weighing in at 8lb 11oz, little fatty!!
well the week before was all fun and games as ended up in hospital on sat 26th may having contractions 5mins apart, was sent home as not dilating, then on the 28th may contraction got more painful and 3mins apart so went back in and stayed in till the 30th as still not dilated but cervix had softened so was classed as in latern labour, but went home as nothing was happenening other than the pain, so off i went with codeine and paracatmol and just had to wait and see!!
well he didnt want to grace us with his presence any earlier than he had to, so on tuesday the 5th june he arrived via section at 13:11pm! i was due to have op at 9am but due to some emergencies was put back, staff where great and op was fine other than when i saw them put the drip in i nearly passed out but epidural and everything was fine and Jake was born happy and healthy, he needed a bit of oxygen due to shock, but came round very quick!!
we are both now home and DD is the dotting big sister..
