Jeremy Kyle Show... why am I watching??

Having miscarried in very early pregnancy over the weekend (after trying for almost 12 months), I'm taking the day off work to gather myself and I have a docs appointment later.

So why would I do such a thing as to watch the bloody Jeremy Kyle show?? So far, teenagers who have had children from one night stands... arguing over who the dad is, who can see who's child and when. I know I shouldn't resent anyone for having a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby but jesus... I just want to throw things at the TV!!
