I've heard that completing surveys online is a way of earning if you're stuck!

Im in same boat as you guys.
I did surveys a while back, but everytime I went to do one it said it had ended or something daft.

Why not be a mystery shopper? Im looking into doing that atm, or advertisement on Car.

i sell usborne books around my work and home life. If thats any good?

Do you have a car, or can get around easily? are there any recruitment agencies that specialise in in agency work/short term contract etc?

How do you get into doing this? Can you make decent money?

Just looking for something so at least I've got some money coming in...feeling a bit lost at the minute!

I don't know hunny, I didn't think of that. I don't really know what sort of work they offer or anything and I have a little one already so can't really just go to work when they say iykwim?

Lousie i've just started barefoot, simular to usbourne... Its basically selling books to schools, nurseries friends and family etc... I have a webpage too and can sell online :)

There is only one other seller of barefoot in my county so i have loads of target market but im not going to do too much before the baby is born!

I also do, free daily scratchcard (only 10p a day but occassionally you do get 20p or a £1) review music for a few pence a track (havent done it in ages but will start again now im on mat leave!) some surveys, and am looking into becoming a self employed PSO lol!

Hi hon
https://www.foreverbooks.co.uk

I try and go to mother and baby groups, schools, nurseries, home parties etc. It is up to you how you sell and where. Basically they say anywhere and anyone! You earn comission and can also earn free books for yourself.

I only do this when i have time but there are people who have got in to this to full time with steady income.

Worth looking into. :flower:

Ann Summers party plan is good for extra cash. I have done it on & off for a few years. It generally works out between £60-£90 per party you do & its cash in hand xxx

THIS book thing that we are looking at at the moment i am pretty keen on looking into...sounds quite good idea...i guess its hard to get business from this though? is there anyone who can provide info on how this actually works...i see theres a 20.00 FEE also

If you like music... https://www.slicethepie.com/ is amazing!

You earn money for rating/giving your opinion on music. Obviously there are rules, you can't just give a basic crap five word review, but it's great to pass the time, and I have made quite a bit of money on there :D

Basic rundown of what you do:

1/ You go to one of the scout rooms, sit and listen to a song (they last around 3-4 mins, and it's 30 seconds before you can pass your opinion on them)
2/ write your review, give it a rating
3/ submit

You can do this for as many times during a day as you like, the rooms are open 24/7!

The quality, and quantity of your reviews depends on your rating as a "scout", ranging from 1 star through to 5 stars... the better the rating the more money you get per review... for example:

1 star = v0.04 (Vouchers, you don't gain money until your first 50 reviews!)
2 star = £0.05 per review
3 star = £0.06 per review
4 star = £0.07 per review
5 star = £0.10 per review

If you were say, a 3 star scout, and did on average 20 reviews per day, you'd get £1.20 per day... That's for around 1hr 30m work! Might not seem much, but it all adds up! And it's a fun way to make money if you love music :)

Sorry for the gabble!

EDIT - I accidentally forgot my log in details, so when I signed up again, here's an idea of what you can earn per reviews done (remember you need to do 50 reviews before you earn money):

# Reviewed: 61
# Average rating: 6.23
# Tips available: 1
# Next tip in: 9
# Scout earnings: £0.55 / v5.00
# Accuracy: 83.06%
# Ranking: 4302nd

me & the oh did slicethepie few weeks before going on holiday 7 months ago, we tried to do £5 a day each & made about £100 for our holiday but it does get really boring after a while, its hard trying to make £5 a day lol.
