I finally went to last nights meeting! My goal is 9st 7lb - im 5'5"

Ive paid for 12 weeks up front so i know ill stick to it and go! Im quite excited to see how many weeks it will take me. Im following the extra easy plan and so far so good.

Hello I joined SW on the 30th of October and had my first weigh in last Wednesday and lost 7.5lbs. I felt like I couldn't get started on my own and needed the support of a group and I'm really detemined to lose 2 stone by Christmas. Best of luck!

Well done! Thats a great loss! My first weigh in is tonight. I dont feel like ive lost anything :-/ i really hope i have as ive stuck to the plan 100%
