He says he gonna take her from me but that's not what's gonna happen. I don't see how they would give him sole custody. I don't mind him seeing her whenever but I don't think I can do 50/50. I don't trust his ability to take care of her completely. ugh. Deciding to play nice for a while longer. Can't handle the full on custody battle right now. ugh. Sorry- just needed to get that off my chest.

they tend to be in favour of the mother, unless it can be proven that you're completely unfit as a mother. which is REAAAALLLLY hard to prove. don't worry love. i'm sorry he's being like this.

no judge will take a baby from their mother unless she was totally useless drugs drink etc, but there would need to proof of this not just their word...

you will be fine... it wont go to court if you are offering contact...
