Juice plus foods

Hi, I did the juice plus diet 18 months ago and lost loads of weight, life has been pretty tough since then and through comfort eating I put it all back on plus more, but I'm finally ready to try again, I have bought some juice plus powder off gumtree for a fraction of the cost but didn't get the diet info with them and I didn't keep my original email from juice plus, has anyone got any information about what you can and can't eat please

I'm a Juice Plus rep and you really have to buy through a rep to get the advice & support that will help achieve great results!

The products that you will find online will usually be out of date or close to their use by date, and they have also been found to have been mixed with other products/ingredients. To ensure you are getting what you think you are spending your money on I'd highly recommend buying through a rep or the Juice Plus website to get maximum results 😀

I would skip the juice plus and just eat healthily, you will see a weight loss as you say yourself you have put back on because you ate badly not because you stopped juice plus. I do agree with the rep above though in that if you are going to do juice plus please ease only buy from a proper rep. You have literally no idea what you are getting buying from gumtree and the like

I agree, i wouldn't even look at juice plus (theres a reason why you see so much of them being flogged!)
Eating healthily is your best bet

Thanks everyone, I have lost 20lbs so far, and am basically eating clean, which will allow me to maintain the weight loss
