just a question opk + hpt

Hello ladies is it possible for a hpt to pick up lh surge.
I use same wee but different pots.
Im using one step pregnancy strips + o strips 10miu.
Ive posted in the pregnancy test gallery ( have I been caught off guard)
Everyone see's it.
Advise please xx

HcG and LH are similar which is why people can get positive opks when they are pregnant. However, I don't think hpts can pick up an LH surge because the hpt looks just for HcG. As I understand it, an opk can pick up LH surge and HcG because they are similar, but an hpt can only pick up HcG because it looks specifically for it.
