Just abit worried..

I dont no if anything is wrong? This morning i bent over to pick up something and i had a sharp pain shoot up my belly.. I dont no how to explain it!
Was only one sharp pain, did try to get hold of my midwife just to put my mind at rest and explain it to her but she obv isnt at work today as her work phone is off

Has anyone else had this? x x

I'd say it was just a muscle stretching, especially if you've been sitting still or whatever before hand and your muscles were relaxed xx

did it feel abit like a stitch?
because i get this on my side, underneath my bump id i move too quickly
apparently its normal, just a round ligament type pain.

Thank you, has helped! I worry about the slightest thing! It was sort of like a stitch but sharp, didnt last long.. Hasnt happend since! x x

Now and again i get sharp shooting pains up my belly, it can be scary! I think its everything stretching/becoming bigger. xXx
