Hello, maybe one of you lovely ladies can help me out with this one? I'm quite confused because I am supposedly on cycle day 6, but my temps have not gone down from my last cycle yet. I am still floating above my coverline. Sometimes way above, sometimes only by a little. This AF was the easiest one I had to deal with.. very little cramping, very light, with only like barely a full day of medium bleeding (usually very long and heavy), the rest was mainly a light flow and spotting. Instead of lasting 6 days, only lasted 3 (you don't count spotting at the beginning and the end right?) So AF has been gone almost 3 days, but just finished spotting early yesterday, and temps are still floating above the coverline. It dipped under the coverline once on cd 4 then shot back up. I'm not so sure what is normal, because my LP was only 9 days this past cycle. I just really can't figure this one out... The only info I am finding is that I possibly didn't ovulate, and I was experiencing an anovulatory bleed, but for one, I've recently went through one of those within the past 3 months, and it doesn't look like that. Plus, I don't think an anovulatory bleed would start before you real period actually would. I had a 56 day cycle before my anovulatory bleed showed up last time (this cyce was 26 days) Also, my chart shows clearly that I ovulated on cd 17.. This is all getting overwhelming and oh so confusing!! Any help would be greatly appreciated :flower:

Hi there have noticed that some of your temperatures are not classed as valid by fertility friend (blue outline only) are you taking them at the same time every-day? Even if you are only an hour out it will make it harder to detect what is actually going on.

I would suggest taking a HPT - I don't think you are pregnant as I had many periods like you describe but it would at least rule it out for you :flower:

Hi, thank you for your reply. The time I am taking it may be a problem. I try my hardest taking them as close to the same time everyday, but its so hard with my work schedule.

There are some days I have to wake up for work at 5 am, so I made this my main temp time since its the earliest I have to wake up all week. My 5:00 am work days are easy to temp. But 2-3 days out of the week, I go in at 5pm and don't get home until 2am and don't get to bed til at least 3am, in which I have to be up in 2 hours to take my temp at 5am. But as we all know, you have to have at least 3 hours of sleep, so I set my alarm for 6am on these days instead of 5. My schedule really sucks for charting temps :(

Even with the time differences, I still think I trust my chart pretty well, since all of my other fertility signs match up to the temp rise. I could be wrong, however, since I'm new to the charting world, and I'm far from being an expert. Do you think it could be so wrong to the extreme that it would make it appear for me to have a short LP? I mean, is it still possible for it to be normal? I figured maybe if my chart was wrong due to the time differences, it wouldn't be so drastically incorrect to the point that it makes my LP appear to be 9 when its actually 14.

I figure.. I use to have a 30ish day cycle, so O on day 17 isn't so bad. But lately, its been 26 days, but my O date is still popping up as the 17th. Ideal I think should be cd12. So is it possible I am Oing on cd 12 and can't tell because of the erratic temping times? On the cycle before last, FF placed dotted CHs at cd 11 (dotted because fertile cm was appearing after cd 11), but the date later changed to cd 23 (dotted) leaving me with a 4 day LP that cycle. This was on another FF account so I unfortunatly don't have chart to show, unless I can somehow figure out the lost password.

Sorry for so many questions, I'm just trying to figure all of this out. Thanks again for the help! :hugs:

Found it.. Too bad not earlier. Then I wouldn't have had to create another one.. :dohh:
