I'll guess boy, 7lbs 12oz, overdue.

Just so you can compare, here's a picture of me (on the left) at 22 weeks with my girl, 5lbs 7oz at birth, and 22 weeks with this baby, who is a boy, and is measuring big like his brother, who was 6lbs 11oz at 36+6 weeks. (on the right).

I'll add my pics so you can compare too In the blue I was 20 weeks pregnant with ds, and in the pink I am 20 weeks pregnant with my blue bump! I think mine look totally different but this bump is definitely all boy from the ultrasound.
