Just got an unexpected bfp

Last time I had unprotected sex was mid-December.
Then I got a lightish period 3 weeks late, my longest cycle ever by far!
Up until then I was getting bfn after bfn.
Now it's 4 weeks later and I felt seriously strong pms but no AF. I tested on an ic with very weak mid-afternoon urine and got a strong bfp!
I don't even know how this is possible!

When I was pregnant with DD, my last period was March 13 2016, missed my April period and took 3 tests (2 First Respose Early Response and dollar store cheapie with all negatives). Got bloodwork done on May 11 2016 to see if was anything else and it was a pregnancy! Some women don't produce a lot of the hcg hormone to be detected on hpt.
