Just ordered our turkey, but whos recipes is best?

I've just ordered our christmas turkey from the local organic farm. We usually follow Jamie Oliver recipe for cooking the turkey but thought we may have a change this year. Has anyone ever followed anyone elses recipe? I'm quite interested to hear if anyone has used Nigellas recipe of soaking the turkey in water etc.

i did last year and it was delicious! really moist. i'll be doing it again with the left over ingredients from last year lol
