Some of you might have seen my FB status....

Got a phone call this afternoon from the CSA wanting to clarify a couple of things. They've calculated my maintenance payments at £40 a week

And he told me he could only afford £50 a month

Well CSA have been in touch with FOB and hes sorting it out, they asked me if i knew who his employer is.. which i dont. his uncle btu i dont know the company..

£40 a week is good tho! well done!

Yeah he earns £1200 a month take home x calculator says £45 a month but that doesnt take into account his other son so I'm not really sure how much it will be.

They only give employers a week to get back to them with earnings so shouldn't be long for you. Xx

Mine is backdated to 5th March which I think is when he replied to their first letter x

i see, wonder when mine will be dated from, will it be when he ignored the letter and they assumed paternity?? or from when trhey called hima nd spoke to him on the phone the other week,

Its whenever they make contact with the father so not sure in your case. Maybe, say he had 7 days to reply, its the 7th day when paternity is presumed? x

yeh he had a week to get in contact with them after theyh sent a letter, which he ignored, however, since then he has told them thats not been his address for 7 years.. so i dont know if it counts as they got the wrong address?? but maybe it still stands im not sure

If I was to go through csa I would get £40 + a week but I've decided why should I force him when im being left alone? In my case peace and quiet is better than hassle over access just because he's paying money lol

SL I totally agree. I would much rather he buggered off and didn't give me a penny but he's insisting on coming to see her so he's not getting away with not paying for her!

AND I know how obsessed he is with money and I just love taking it off him!!!!
