What did the pain feel like? was it constant? I woke in extreme pinching pulling pain deep in my mid left back at 4am this morning. The pain made me want to throw up. I laid down on my right side in the fetal position and it slowly subsided. Now I have a dull ache in that area. Im seeing an emergency doctor at 5 but was wondering if this sounds like kidney stones or muscular pain.
