are they stretch in the waist at all? I'm a 10/12 in topshop jeans, are they more a summery short or would they go with tights and boots?

I dont think they are stretchy no. I bought them to wear with tights and boots but I have lost weight and am now bang on a 10 so even though I could still wear them they are slightly too big. I will confirm the waist tomorrow as they are in my spare room somewhere and the light bulb has gone xxx
