Ladies on the Imlpanon... Please put my mind at rest!!

My implanon runs out in February, and I've yet to make an appointment to get it replaced, but I'm having a slight panic attack!

I've had a 'weird' time on the implanon, light bleeding/spotting 2 weeks out of every month, this has never really been an issue, but I'm worried now as I've not had a period since the beginning of December, and my breasts are REALLY sore.

I NEVER get sore breasts before I'm due a period, and haven't had the narky PMT I normally get before a period either.

Could my implanon have run out early?! I'm going to grab myself a HPT today, to double check, but I'm so worried it will be positive... I'm not ready yet!!
