Ok I'm 36. Had Been on depo for years then pill till this past June. Anyways not sure I've really ever noticed ovulation pain. Today I got my first opk. Ewcm yesterday and water today. Tonight intense ache left pelvic. With bloating feeling. So intense hurts to walk and sit down. Would ovulation cause that much pain?? Also I do have a cyst on left, watching it. Would it be more painful with a cyst? And can you ovulate from cystic ovary.
