Laparoscopic surgery?

Hey ladies haven't been on in A while and need some advice or I guess reassurance lol!. Well here's my story my husband and I have been together for almost 10 yrs and married for 4 yr. we were NTNP for a while and then I turned 30! My biological clock was going off telling me to have babies so we started TTC it took 2 yrs to fall with DD. With in that time frame I charted my bbt cm cp and did everything I could discover on the Internet. DH had a semen analysis and it was not good ph was a 9! And cout was 1 per mill ! Everything else was above average. Then I found the miracle maca root powder. And a lot of other vitamins DH was takin 19 pills a day. I as well took a lot of vitamins to help aid the process. We were married may 5 of 2011 and got our natural bfp on the 4 of July 2011! DD was born March 20 2012 and we have been on clomid and TTC # 2 since then! I have my referral to the fertility clinic but have to wait till April for insurance to kick in. I have been experiencing cramps and moderate abdominal pain so the OB offered me a lap and a HSG. Any stories I m a bit nervous about the surgery and excited and hopefully that after recovery we will fall with our DS and our family will be complete!

I had a lap for investigatory purposes, just to make sure i had no issues. It was fine, i was in and out on the same day. Little bit sore for a couple of days after, and had to take a few days from work to recover, but this was only because i had a very physical job and would risk pulling stitches.

Its a pretty simple procedure, so the risks are low. Well worth having to make sure there are no problems lurking like endemetriosis or POS, both of which can be treated and shouldn't effect conception.

I hap a lap for investigation. The op was completely fine, I was really nervous as not had a ga before but it's like being in a nice relaxing sleep. The pain after is not too bad, just do t rush to do things too quickly. I made that mistake and it made me stitches bleed. Good luck ! X
