Late ovulation or Bfp?

So this cycle has been a nightmare tbh! Thought I’d ovulated on cd 17 and my progesterone came back at 1.9 on cd21! The last 2 days I’ve had loads of EWCM just feel like I’m ovulating anyhow now on cd27 is that not too late for ovulation? Is 1.9 even normal for a follicle phase? So blinking confusing....x
