Late Period and BFN

I would love some input. I have always had a regular period but my period is quite late. LMP May 16. My period was due June 13. I did a home pregnancy test on the 17th and 19th. Both done in the morning. And both are were negative.
I have an appointment for tomorrow to get a serum hcg. When I called my doctor she wanted to do lab work before seeing me.
Anyway, has anyone had a negative home test but a positive serum test?

I haven't but last month my period was 4 or 5 days later than usual and I was testing like a woman possessed - all BFNs

I am in your same boat! My LMP was May 20! And all BFN's, including one this morning. Ugggggh!

Oh man, that sucks. I was late one time and I kept testing and testing and I guess it was simply a last period. I hope for all of the best to you!!
