Leaky nipple

So I woke up and went my tshirt moved against my nipple I noticed a cold wet patch around my right nipple. Only small.

I thought I had a damp patch a few weeks ago.

I was lying on my right side so maybe a bit too much pressure squeezed it out?

But will this get considerably worse? Like enough to leak at random through the day?

Have many of you needed nipple pads or had it always been small little leaks?

I wear breast pads as have had leaky boobs for a couple of weeks now, they're not soaking them but I'd rather wear them than endure an embarrassing moment if you know what I mean :/

Mine have leaked a tiny bit since 24 weeks on and off. Mostly at night. If it gets worse I'll pop on a nursing pad.

Mine have been leaking since week 19. But its never a lot. I'm home a lot so I just wear sports bras. So far I haven't had any big leaks. I do need to get some breast pads soon tho. I also have on boob that leaks quite a bit more than the other...
