Leapfrog Tag Junior for 16mth old??

Im thinking of getting my little boy a Tag Junior for christmas as he loves books but he will only be 16 mths. Do you think he would be too young??

My girls are 1 year 6 months and 2 years 10 months

My eldest loves it my youngest has had a go and no ok not quite got it yet but it's a learning curve one mistake I've made in past is toys grown out of too quickly rather than toys grew into. If LOs likes pulling things apart like mine both did lol I would put it away from free play and do it together

i was looking at this i wernt too sure for my daughter and shes two.
i lookd and lookd for a new one but my first leap pad im getting from amazon chloe loves her books too. xx

i got this for my LO and he will be two and half at xmas i really don't think it would be of much interest to a younger child tbh x

I've got my baby one for Christmas, she'll be 20 months, I agree with Wobbles, would rather they grow into things. xx

OOh wobbs didn't know you'd reviewed one of these It's now on my get list for Layla. She's pretty quick at grasping things, loves her books, - can you get counting/colours books too? or was that the older version? I looked through that many last night!
