You said that he was having problems with it? Well the past few days Hannah has been having problems. All day Wednesday she was really fussy until she pooed around 5ish. She hasn't gone since and was perfectly happy until about an hour ago. Despite our best efforts she just seems miserable. What formula did you end up switching to? Although I don't know why Hannah would just now start developing problems. :confused:

I thought - Leeanne doesn't have a baby called Nestle :rofl:

Ill leave now ;)

:rofl::rofl:

Vickie, I have him on Isomil Advance Soy throughout the day. And I know you probably shouldn't mix formulas but for ready to feed formula at night I give him Enfamil A. Enfamil A was what he was on in the hospital and says it's closest to breastmilk.

BTW, Enfamil A does come in powdered form.

So far so good Vickie. He's a bit gassy today but he has been going twice a day now and hasn't had any problems with constipation.

Will look into it. I hate seeing her like this :( And although she's a little more content now (had a warm bath) she still hasn't gone and she'll probably be fussy until she does go (been a day and a half now).
Hannah's been extremely gassy for the past few weeks, is this a sign that maybe the formula isn't sitting well? :blush: I'm so new to all this :lol:

See, I just didn't find that normal. And I feel so badly for these little ones when they are grunting and groaning and nothing is happening but gassy wind.

I know how uncomfortable I feel when I am constipated.

Well we have a doctors appointment on Wednesday so I'll definately be bringing all this up to her....I just hate seeing her be so uncomfy, and Weds. I was losing my mind--she screamed all day, I had no idea it was constipation until she went that evening and suddenly was all smiles again.

Have you tried some gripe water? Poor Hannah!

no we haven't tried that yet. She's calmed down right now, the bath really did help. Hoping she goes at some point tonight...if not will definately try the gripe water tomorrow

Hope she feels better soon! :hugs:

I too bought some gripe water today just in case :)

:wohoo: Probably TMI but she was sitting on daddy's lap and finally went

:happydance::happydance:

Oh, the power of daddy's lap!

ROFL!

Lucky him, he was holding her, he gets to change her :rofl: And I just heard "are you done? OH I guess not :rofl:"

Uh oh, one of those ones!

Tell him to have fun changing that one!

:rofl: I went in there and he said she's not done, I told him I know I heard :rofl:

Ewwwwwwwwwwwww!

Think she might be having a second bath tonight. :rofl:

Well I went in there and he was changing the diaper (decided she was done) and I brought the diaper out and heard a string of cuss words..........she wasn't done :rofl: And he was putting vaseline on her bum when she went again. Poor daddy :rofl: :rofl:

Oh, it just gets nastier!

Well, her tummy will feel so much better now. :)

:rofl: I'm just glad it wasn't me but she does seem to be better, is now playing with her mobile
