Left abusive father

Hi i just left my daughter father after a year and two months of abuse verbally, physically.

At this point he is not fit i feel to have unsupervised visit our court date is set for march. But i want to build a strong enough case against him to show that he does not deserve to have her alone.

His cousing smokes week they drink he never came home sometimes place is dirty with dishes etc.

i would imagine you will have to prove stuff like that hun pictures etc they wont just take your word for it so you will need stuff to proove he done or does this hope that helps a bit xx

firstly well done for getting away when u did, ive also been through that experience with my 2 boy's dad yet i was silly enough to stick it out for 4 years before i finally got the courage to get away,
and you need as much proof as u can against him in court, ie pics as someones already suguested and also friends or family that could back u up on that account,

i really hope u manage to get supervised contact only for him, if u need someone to chat to about it just inbox me xXx
