Left sided pain every month. Advice plz

Hi, i had a baby by c section 7&half months ago. Ive had about 4 periods since & ive had awful pain in my right side for 3-4 days when i get my period. Could it be to do with the section or could it be something else?

Anyone experience this? Making an appointment with my gp on monday, currently in bed with the pain.
