Left upper bump pain

Recently I have been getting some really uncomfortable upper bump pain which is always located to the left side of my bump. It kind of feels like its just underneath my rib cage. It only really comes when i'm sat down but I can not shift it once it starts. There is no sitting position which I find comfortable which i'm getting pretty sick of.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm 26w tomorrow.

Possibly just a muscle, I've got a really bad pain on the right just about where my ribs end too and my DH explained that we have a few different sets of muscles in our abdomen and it's probably stretching them out which is causing it to be sore. Mine will be okay for a few days then out of nowhere just hurt like something is stabbing me kind of, I almost thought it was a rib that gets out of place and is poking me. Nothing helps mine at all, I kind of have to just deal unfortunately. Maybe Tylenol (thats the medicine we can have right? I can never remember) can help it if that's what it is. I'm not a medication person so I never take anything.
