I've had leg cramps before, mainly before I got my spinal fusion, but for the past week or so they've been occuring 2-3x a night so bad that I have to get out of bed and try to straighten my leg. They're always in my calf (and have been in both of them) lately. Anyone have a similar issue? Any tips to help minimize them?

I've been getting the same thing, i normally get it when I'm dehydrated (mainly when I'm hungover or come off a long flight lol) so i think its just to do with being dehydrated. I know I'm not drinking enough at the moment so i guess that's it.

I've had excruciating calf cramps. I cant move my leg or even stand up but my oh gets rid of the pain for me. He runs my calf while moving my foot back and forward and it eases quickly

I have been getting this alot lately, I noticed the less I drink during the day the more cramping i get at night. I think PP is right about dehydration, try drinking a ton of water one day and see if it helps that night (i know it sucks because of the multiple daytime trips to the toilet) I find I drink four 32oz glasses of water in a day and I get no cramping anything less than 3 and I am up multiple times trying to walk it off. GL!

Id like to add that the hangovers were pre pregnancy lol! Looking like a terrible mum here!
