Letrozole aka Femara Success Stories?

Just hoping to hear some success stories of anyone who has used letrozole.

I have one miracle baby from a donor FET but since pregnancy AF has been normal which has never happened to me before. We tried natural for a few months but then I came accross letrozole and thought it might be worth a shot adding it to the mix incase my follies just aren't quite good enough. I have a history of severe PCOS and ENDO.

Did you ever end up finding any stories from elsewhere about it and have you tried it yet yourself?? I have just started on it for the first time this cycle.
