Hello please can anyone help with ideas...
Been trying to conceive for 6+ months now (number 2) but have had a short luteal phase and spotting from day of ovulation until next period.
Doctor tested my progesterone level at day 23 (I have a 30 day cycle) and level said 40 (apparently good) but I still can't conceive.
My luteal phase has increased now which I'm very happy about but I have a bad lower right pain where my ovary is and still have the bleeding everyday following ovulation.
I have been diagnosed with endo years and years ago and had laparoscopy to remove it.
Pleas does anyone have any ideas as to why I can't get pregnant, what this spotting everyday of luteal phase is, and also the pain?
