...anyone know anything that works well to boost libido?
My OH has a very fluctuating sex drive. We talked about it this morning, he said some weeks he's walking around with a hard on every day (but it's rare), other weeks it never even crosses his mind (much more often).
Unfortunately these "good" weeks are not biologically behaving, and they're not happening when I ovulate! (read once that women give off pheramones when ovulating which incite sexual interest in men...obviously there's something wrong with his sense of smell!)
There's lots of stuff mentioned on the internet, and OH does NOT like tablets (he'll only take a paracetamol if he's got a migraine, etc) so anything I ask him to take will need to be GOOD and will have to be tiny (or ok to cut into smaller pieces) for him to be prepared to take it. Diet adjustments would be great, too.
OH is 30, works in catering and will often do 45+ hr weeks, standing up most of the day. His BMI is approximately 29.5, so in the overweight range. But when I mention losing weight the conversation goes downhill.
Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated!
