Hey everyone...

So I've been having on/off pains in my lower, central uterus - feels like its underneath. Feels like stretching, pulling, ripping - painful. Some times if I have a really full bladder & some times from walking. Doctor sees nothing wrong & thinks its stretching pains.
Thing is, as most round ligament pain is located on either sides - this is no that. It's central & low & alleviate if I stop walking. Anyone else get it like this? I can't seem to find info online. Thanks!

Throughout pregnancy we get all sorts of aches and pains and round ligament pain is the general term used to describe it all, even if it isn't on the sides (although that is how you'll find it defined typically). I wouldn't worry. Aches and pains occur in places you didn't even know existed and are perfectly normal. Not everything is normal of course but if you've seen/talked to your doctor recently and they said everything is fine I would trust them. If you don't trust them, do yourself a favor and find a new doctor.

Oh, also - a full bladder can absolutely cause pain/discomfort/cramp like feelings. So can gas. I had very bad pains that were caused by gas during my first pregnancy. When I got them, it didn't seem like it had anything to do with gas, but when I started walking around it would hurt. Thing is, if it is gas, walking will help it work itself out.

Can't say for sure it is any of those things but chances are things are just fine. If you feel super uneasy about it and just can't shake the feeling, please go get checked out when it happens.

Sounds similar to pains that I have. Look up SPD and see if that sounds more like it.

Hey DS, looked it up and the symptoms don't match what I'm feeling Thanks for the input!

tah, I am very satisfied w/my doctor I'm just paranoid. And it's not some thing I've felt before. It just causes me concern. But more so just curious if there's other women who feel the same way that I do. When I look up RLP I see information on the sides hurting when sudden movements....while I"ve had that, this feels different.
But I think you're right,e veryone feels it different. Thanks!

Does it sort of feel like a stabbing pain deep up into your vagina? Like needles are poking up there? I get that a lot and from what I was told it could be baby hitting your cervix, but isn't something to be concerned about. I've gotten the pain since early second trimester and it's one of those stop you dead in your tracks to hunch over and grab your crotch pains. Not fun at all! When it first started happening I could have sworn it was a leg or arm or something trying to come out, haha.

Starbrites, I've had that sensation but exclusive to the other pains I described.Yeah that's also awesome eh? LOL I dont have this often thankfully.
This is my second pregnancy so I can say I feel like I"m in my third trimester already, some days.
