Light brown spotting

Hey all!
My husband and I are TTC our first baby, and my period is due tomorrow. The past few days I have been having light brown spotting early in the day and then it goes away in the mid-late afternoon. I am not having any cramping and though I have had light spotting before a period in the past, I was wondering if this had been a sign of conception for anyone in the past? I'm getting really nervous/excited but I don't want to take a test just yet because I've taken 3 in the past week and they were all negative.

Any/All advice or input is greatly appreciated!

I've had light spotting before AF for as long as I can remember (usually without cramps), and I haven't conceived before. Doesn't mean it can't be a pregnancy symptom for you though, everyone is different! Fx for you!

Hi,

I usually have light brown spotting before every AF, sometimes with no cramping at all and others with really painfull cramps. So it could actualy be just a sign of AF.
But I also know a few people that had brown spotting in early pregnancy... so you never know!
Guess the best thing to do is give it a few more days and test again if no AF still, as it could be too early to get a positive when you tested.

Ended up with AF later that afternoon. Looks like we just have to try again this month! Hoping for a February baby now!
