Light Pink Spotting...Call doc or no?

I'm so sick of the constant worry....erg. From the very beginning I've been on edge. Day after I found out I was pregnant I had bright red spotting and it was enough that I thought my period was starting... it never did. Have had a couple episodes since then of very light spotting...but everything else has been going well. At my 12 week appointment. the doc said I have a friable cervix /very easily irritated. He didn't seem too concerned though... Have a doppler and check baby once every day or every other day and always sounds great. Also been starting to feel light movements...not super strong or consistent yet, but definitely baby. Anyway for some weird reason the spotting usually occurs after a bowel movement ..sorry for tmi. and NO it's not coming out of the other hole...I am careful to check where it's coming from. that happened again today...light pink spotting when wiping right after going to the bathroom, but I didn't even strain or anything. Haven't had sex in a while, so it isn't from that. None has gotten on underwear yet or anything and I don't have cramps. Do I even bother calling the on call doc or anything? My next appt isn't for 16 days (my anatomy scan)...but I have a feeling this isn't serious enough to warrant a call. My sister spotted through her entire pregnancy randomly too and everything was fine. Advice? I'm 17 weeks 2 days

Call, maybe monday, just to let your doc know. No reason not to. You pay for them to be there when you need them or have questions.
