light spotting?

I had some very very light brown spotting on 12/28 i was supposed to have AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) on 12/31. I woke up and i was spotting so i figured i had started went and put a pad on. I only spotted threw out the entire day. I really didnt have to change my pad but i did just because i feel its gross to wear it a long time lol. well im on CD (cycle day) 31 now and i went all of yesterday with nothing but a small amount of spotting today i have nothing at all. My periods are usually 4-6 days long and heavy as hell. Its really freaking me out because i have had 6 miscarriages. Please someone give me some insight!

Sorry for your losses, I would take a pregnancy test just to make sure.
When was your last miscarriage? It could be your body adjusting after a mc or implantation, or a hormone unbalance due to multiple miscarriages.
