Hey fellow Canadians -
This has been all over the news, but just in case you haven't heard, there's a health warning out to be even more vigilant about procesed meat, particularly deli meat. Listeria is the really bad bacteria for pregnant women, so I thought I would give a head's up to all those still eating any processed meat products. This might be a good time to abstain, if you aren't already.
