Day one on my LnE journey.
I currently weigh 94.3kilos and am initially looking to get to 85 kilos.
This morning breakfast was really easy. Cereal and toast. All I had to do was grab the bag from the fridge and freezer and put it together......which is in theory all I would have had to do when eating normally but I wouldn't have bothered.
I have an odd relationship with food, I really enjoy healthy food and have been 90% vegetarian for 2 months. I love veggies and beans etc and I love cooking. So my meals are generally really healthy. Where I fall down is snacks. For instance yesterday I bought a bag of cookies from Coles.....I ate the whole lot just grazing.
It really is time for a change.
I had a baby in April and have been EBF her. She started daycare 2 weeks ago as I also started Uni, so she has been taking bottles. My milk has almost disappeared and so has my need for any additional calories.
I chose LnE because of how easy it seemed and that I don't need to plan so many meals. I just don't have time right now to do that. The cost also isn't too bad. I'm going for 7 day plan all meals which is $154 including delivery. When I considered at uni I was spending $20 a day on lunch and coffee, it seemed reasonable.
I will weigh in twice a week....Saturdays and Wednesdays.
Does anyone else want to join me?
