Hello! I am a 30 year old American expat, teaching in Asia. I was diagnosed with PCOS and adopted the Primal/Paleo lifestyle.

After TTC #1 on our own for 6 months, the doctor prescribed Clomid 50 mg, to no avail. Now I'm supposed to take 100 mg, CD 2-6, which starts tomorrow. I'm a little nervous.

Today is our 11th wedding anniversary, mother's day, and AF made her appearance. That atomic-bomb-sized combination has left me totally devastated.

I'm now pulling myself together and finding the strength to try again. I also realize how badly I need to reach out to others for support and hope. So here I am!
