LO agitated after DTD?? (tmi)

DH & I dtd and immediately after my uterus became super hard and lo balled up! Not extremely painful just very uncomfortable! Found myself massaging my bump and talking to lo to calm him down. Anyone else? Does this mean DTD is too stressful on lo?

Idk honestly, but I've noticed during the deed baby is still. Afterwards he is sort of moving around and likes to press on my left side making my stomach a bit lumpy like and within 5 10 mins I'm hungry lol.

it's very normal after sex that bump gets hard, especially if you had an orgasm.

If it happens to me, I just rub/massage my belly and it helps ease the hardness.

So it sounds fairly normal and common. I still will ask doc at next visit but that is two weeks away. In your opinion, if it happens again should I call the doc and ask his nurse about it so I can have some reassurance? What would you do?

imho, no I wouldn't call, but if you are worried, it doesn't hurt to call and ask.

Lo hasn't expressed any irritation but I do notice after DTD that my uterus contracts into a hard ball and stays that way for a good half hour. I just always assumed my love was just that good

I've had it with both pregnancies after so I say it's totally normal

Very normal, I still get this now and I'm almost 33 weeks so I think it's just one of those pregnancy things. It can be very uncomfortable and quite painful, I just lie on my side and it goes away after a minute or two xxx

Yep, your uterus contracts when you orgasm. Also, as for baby not moving much after DTD, I've heard that the rocking motion usually puts them to sleep.

My baby does this exact same thing after sex. Doctor says it's totally normal, and I almost look forward to it because it's one of the only times I get to feel baby very obviously, lol. Your bub is perfectly fine
