Lochia returned or period?

Hi ladies, just wondering if any of you have experienced this before..?

Tomorrow it will be six weeks since I had my second baby and my bleeding stopped at four weeks, yesterday it came back and feels like a period. I have the usual symptoms of a period such as headache, cramp and lower backache. Is it possible for it to return so quickly? Or do you think maybe the lochia has returned? I'm Breastfeeding too just to add. My period returned after six months with my first xx
