I've just started the 'simply filling technique' through weight watchers.
As of this passed Sunday - my habitual weigh day - i had officially 108.4 pounds to lose.
Anyone want to come on my journey?
So details about myself ;
I'm 23.
I'm married.
I have an 18m daughter.
I'm currently a stay at home Mommy.
I'm 6' tall.
My current weight is 308.4lbs.
My longterm goal weight is 200lbs. (My lowest weight being 180lbs, 4 years ago)
My shortterm goal is 302.3 (Through the WeightWatchers program)
So I guess that's it
