What do you do when the urge to POAS hits? I'm really tempted to test, although it's 230pm and it's a hopeless time to test...plus i'm still 4 days from testing date!! I think I need a lock and chain on my TTC box with the HPT's in it..and I need to lose the key! It doesn't help that I have some First response tests put away - that claim you can test 7 days prior, urgh...lol!!


What are some of your favourite distractions to help resist the urge?

That's why I ordered like 20 cheapo ones. When I get the urge I just POAS away! :-D Sorry I am not help....

I have the same prob, I bought some CB digis and Fact Plus (don't know if anyone else is able to buy them or if the FP's are only in the US) and stored them away, but I am having the same problem as you! It's dumb and simple but I start reading a book (I'm a huge book fan) and after a few minutes it distracts me...and I make sure it's a book that has NO MENTION of pregnancy or pregnant women or anything lol. That's what's been working for me.

Sometimes you just cant' fight the urge it takes over, if you really need to just test That's probably not the best advice!

think about how dumb you feel after testing mid day when you KNOW you arent going to get the right result!!!

Well I caved in this morning and tested - It's my birthday so I was hoping for a good b'day surprise.

But no shaboogie. Still a BFN.



Ok ok....I'm due on the 14 - I'm just waiting until then!!!!!

You have to find something else to do, call a friend, send me a pm and saying "I need to talk", you can read....

I know how you feel, in the end all you want to do is text and see if this month you got the I'm 14 days away from testing and I want those to go by the faster they are able.
