Well after allowing myself a couple of weeks to let the news sink in about having PCOS i have decided to pull my finger out and try to lose some weight. I am not massively overweight but have heard that shifting a few pounds may help with TTC. I am currently back on the pill to let my body have a break and to try help regulate things. I have been trying to eat a low GI diet and so far have lost 5lb in 2 weeks
Is there anything else i can do or try as we are desperate for another baby and i want to try to help my body as much as i can. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
