Lost

Hi all
I'm 26 mum of two plus a fresh angel baby
At 12w I found out they lost their heart beat
I lost them at 11w5d
But they are yet to exit my body and I'm scared
I cant see the gynecologist for a week so I just have to ride it out
It kills me
I don't feel like me anymore
I don't know what to expect
I'm scared
This is my first loss
