As it says above does anyone out there have any good tips for banishing these! Im currently doing cardio three times a week, yoga, tai chi, pilates and a legs bums and tums class. Im cutting out as much white food as poss, swapping white pasta and rice for whole wheat but there still there. Oh and cutting down on sugar and salt.

Any ideas:flower:
 
in the beginning, all i used was wii & exercise bike mine went down loads!

i now use cross trainer, bike & wii, gone down even more i actually don't really have any, anymore.
