Hi everyone, im 25 weeks now, but at the 20 & 24 week scan, they said twin 1's placenta was low lying but posterior, twin 2's is just posterior.

Has anyone else had this with the lower twins placenta? just wondered if it caused any more symptoms etc?

Im having a c-section anyway, so they dont seem that worried incase it doesnt move, even though theres still time for it to move.

I did not, but it can move..My sister's was over the cervix until 38 weeks, then it moved..Could not believe it..She had her vag birth!

Mines is low but not covering my cervix.
Not sure if it cause any other symptoms?

Twin A's placenta was completely covering the cervix until the beginning of the third tri. Twin B's placenta was fundal the whole time. Now in the third tri, twin A's is completely anterior and twin B's is completely posterior. So I have nice cushions on the front and back of my uterus preventing me from feeling all the movements. It took until the third tri for them to move but they did. Now I get my vaginal delivery barring anymore complications. Good luck!
