Ive had a letter today with results from my HSG, it says my fallopian tubes are open, progesterone on low side at 20.9. Not sure where u go from here? Could this expain why i have like 2 periods a year? :S so confused with all this, anyone else with the same problem? X

I had low progesterone too but I still get regular cycles. Are you having a follow up with your fs? It could be pcos or poor ovulation/premature diminished ovarian reserves. If it's pcos you are insulin resistant, sugar & carby food will hurt your ability to ovulate. You best bet is a paleo diet with no bread/pasta/potato or high carb sugary foods- lots of veg & protein. If it's pdo then you can get you dheas levels tested and if you're on the low range dhea can help with egg quality. Same with coq10.
There's a website that I use to research supplements. My fs gave me my diagnosis (premature diminished ovarian reserves) and after 4 months of taking dhea I got a bfp. It was my first in 2 years of ttc but my fs said she thought that was def the reason why. There's also reproductive immune issues but that's a whole ' other ball of wax lol
I hope you figure things out. There's nothing like being in the dark about what's going on!
