Lump on his bits :(

Just noticed earlier that Seth has a red swollen lump on his bits. About the size of a pea. It doesn't feel like its on the skin iykwim, feels like its underneath.

Taking him to the docs tomorrow but Im really nervous

Thanks everyone. Hopefully it wont be anything serious. The redness has been there for a while, I just assumed that was nappy rash as he was teething and he had it everywhere else, but now the rest has disappeared and only this is left. It doesn't seem to hurt him as Matt and I have both had a look and he didn't seem bothered so can't think what it could be. Thinking positive, Im sure its nothing, but cant help feeling scared
