lunch ideas?

looking for some new lunch ideas to try vary Matthew's meal plans and struggle for something tasty for lunch, he's 8 and a half months and good with solids, suppose you'd class him as 'stage 2' can manage lumps and good with finger foods, so far we have had fruit purree mixed with nat yoghurt and crumnled rusk for lumps, mashed egg and toast, cheesy spaghetti but starting to run out of ideas x

I often have soup for my lunch so I give Ruby bits of bread dipped in the soup, she likes that more than any other solid! Or little sandwiches? Rice cakes with hoummous?
