M/C during the night

Hello all. My pinkish discharge turned into a heavy flow with very bad cramps through the night. I passed a few clots and am feeling very unwell- I cant even stand or sit up straight. I did a pregnancy test at 5.30am and it was negative. I am devastated. Thankyou to everyone who showed their support.
